Meet
Dr. Job Torres-Gomez

Dr. Torres was born in Mexico and raised in Prescott Valley, AZ. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Air Force as a dental assistant. It was during this time that he decided to pursue a career as a dentist.

After leaving Active Duty in 2011, Dr. Torres attended the University of Arizona and then earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Midwestern University. Afterward, he rejoined the AirForce as an Active Duty General Dentist and completed a 2-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Torres excelled in his residency and was selected to become an instructor for a 1-year AEGD program, where he taught advanced general dentistry — one of his most rewarding assignments.

Today, Dr. Torres combines his expertise with his compassionate approach to patient care.

Fun to know

When Dr. Torres is not treating patients, he loves spending time with his wife and four children.
One of Dr. Torres' favorite pastimes is exploring new restaurants and trying out different cuisines.
Dr. Torres and his children love spending weekends out on the nearby lakes, trying to reel in Arizona bass.

Has spent over 28 years in dentistry — started working right out of high school as a dental assistant
Completed her Dental Hygiene degree in 1996 at Colorado Northwestern
Loves the challenge in the discovery and treatment of oral diseases
Loves saving smiles, creating smiles, and making people smile!

CJ – Dental Hygienist

Graduated with her license from Pima Community College In 2019
Always wanted a career where she could work with people and feel like she was making a difference. Being a dental hygienist allows her to get to do these and more.
Is passionate about dental hygiene and provides thorough and gentle care for our patients here at Legacy Smiles!

Jessie – Dental Assistant

Received his Dental Assistant Certificate from Pima Medical Institute in 2018.
Decided to go for a career in dentistry when he was in braces for 6 years. He wanted to make people feel how his orthodontist made him feel — more confident and happier in life.
Continues to grow in the field and hopes to continue to pursue his education and one day become a dentist.
Loves creating a fun environment for his patients!

Reecie – Office Manager

Graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Elementary Education and taught kindergarten and 1st grade for 4 years.
She didn’t choose dentistry — the dental field chose her. Through a series of life events and opportunities, she ended up at Legacy Smiles.
Never imagined she would be immersed in the dental world and that she would love it as much as she does!

Leah – Patient Care Coordinator

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She moved to Arkansas on a whim and what should have been a one-year stay turned into 3 years.
Decided to take a chance and apply for a job in a dental office. This is where her love for dentistry first started!
Leah is attending the University Of Arizona.

Jillian – Dental Assistant

Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona.
Her passion for dental care and commitment to her profession make her an asset to our practice.
We look forward to witnessing her growth and success as she works towards becoming Dr. Jillian!
